OkCupid is an online dating site where people can sign up, create a profile and browse through the profiles of other people. If you need to contact OkCupid, the site offers various methods to use, depending on the reason for the contact. You can send feedback via the website, and there are also email addresses set up for inquiries regarding media, business and job opportunities.
Send Feedback As a User
Step 1
Access the feedback portion of the OkCupid website at okcupid.com/feedback.
Step 2
Select your type of issue from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. The reason can be anything from billing help to reporting an OkCupid success story.
Step 3
Type a message in the feedback box, being as thorough and detailed as possible. Fill in your return email at the bottom and click "Send." OkCupid will send a response to your feedback as soon as possible.
Email For Non-User Issues
Step 1
Send an email to press@okcupid.com for issues related to media. This includes anything related to advertising OkCupid on news sites, blogs, websites, television and any other media outlet. You can also use this email address to request an interview with an OkCupid employee.
Step 2
Send an email to hr@okcupid.com to inquire about job opportunities posted on the OkCupid website. When sending an email, include the job for which you're applying, along with a resume and contact information.
Step 3
Contact biz@okcupid.com by email for issues related to business. This includes anything related to business and development of the website. OkCupid is looking for opportunities to grow its website through partnerships with Internet service providers, social media sites and anyone else who may be able to help. You can also use this email address to inquire about purchasing advertising space on the site.
