by Ryan Maxwell

The Canon PIXMA MP470 printer is an all-in-one printer, scanner and copier. It features a built-in Multi-card reader, an on-board color 1.8-inch LCD screen, color resolutions of 2400 by 4800 dots-per-inch and a USB 2.0 interface. The PIXMA MP470 also has Bluetooth capability with an available optional adapter that would allow you to wirelessly print from any supported Bluetooth device.

Shut your printer off.

Connect the supplied USB cable to an open USB port in your computer. USB ports are small rectangular ports commonly located in the back and front of your computer tower, or on the side or back of laptop computers.

Connect the other end of the USB cable to the port located in the back of the printer. The USB port is located on the left face of the indented area in the back of the printer where the power cable port is located.

Turn your printer on.
