How to Connect a Computer to a TV for Netflix Movies

Connect your computer to your TV to watch streaming Netflix programming, and eliminate the wait for DVDs by mail. Connecting your TV to your computer allows you to combine the ease of ordering online content with the enjoyment and comfort of viewing it on a large screen. The connection process takes minutes to complete and does not require any tools, installation software or technical knowledge.

Plug the 3.5 mm jack on the audio-to-RCA cable into the green "Audio Out" port on the computer. Plug the red and white RCA plugs on the other end of the cord into the red and white RCA ports on the TV.

Plug one end of the RCA video cable into the yellow port of the S video-to-RCA video converter. Plug the other end into the yellow RCA video port on the TV.

Plug one end of the S-Video cable into the S-Video cable port on the computer, and the other end into the S-Video port on the S-Video-to-RCA video converter. On the computer, navigate to the movie you want to watch on the TV.
