Casio EZ Label Printer Instructions

Label printers make it easy to organize your home or office. These small label printers come in handy during a move as well, by making it easy to identify the various boxes and bags in your new dwelling. No matter what you use your Casio EZ label printer for, you need to learn to operate it properly. This label printer can provide excellent service, but it pays to take a few minutes to learn how to use it the right way.
Step 1
Turn the Casio EZ Label printer over and open the battery compartment cover. Load the AA batteries into the compartment and close the door.
Step 2
Press down on the hook on the back cover of the EZ Label printer. Remove the stopper from the tape cartridge, then carefully insert it into the printer. Be sure the tape is underneath the tape guide, between the head and the rollers. Close the back cover.
Step 3
Press the power button to turn the Casio EZ Label printer on. Type the text you want to appear on the label. Use the shift key to type capital letters and the code key to make the characters listed at the bottom of each key. Push the backspace key if you make a mistake or need to remove a character you typed. Press the "Size" button and use the right and left arrow keys to adjust the size of the text.
Step 4
Push the "Print" key to print the text you have typed. Peel the backing off the label and affix it to the desired item or surface.
