You can't get refunds for online magazines you've already received through your Nook, but you can avoid paying future renewal charges and get a prorated refund for issues you haven't yet received by canceling your subscription. You can do this online through the account management portal on the Barnes & Noble website.

Step 1

Go to the Barnes & Noble website and log in to your account.

Step 2

Select "Manage Account" from the My Account menu at the top of the page.

Step 3

Scroll down to the Digital Content section and then click "Manage Your NOOK Subscriptions."

Step 4

Locate the title of the subscribed magazine you want to cancel and click "Cancel Subscription" next to the title. Confirm your cancellation request in the dialog box that pops up.
