How to Cancel a NetZero Email Account

NetZero is a dial-up and DSL internet service provider (ISP). All NetZero accounts come with an email address when you sign up for the service. If you've recently changed ISPs, you may wish to cancel your NetZero account and associated account email address. You must call the NetZero billing support phone number and provide specific account details in order to cancel your account. Fortunately, calling and canceling your account is a simple and straightforward procedure that should take no longer than 10 minutes.

Step 1

Contact the NetZero toll-free billing support phone number at 1-800-851-7908.

Step 2

Speak with a billing agent and ask him to cancel your NetZero account.

Step 3

Give the billing agent your NetZero member ID, when asked. Your member ID is the same as your NetZero email address without "@netzero.com."

Step 4

Give the billing agent the last four digits of the credit card on file with your NetZero account or the last four digits of your Platinum account number, when asked. The NetZero billing agent will cancel your account.
