Including a "Like Us on Facebook" link in your email messages can be a great way to inform your customers, friends or colleagues about your Facebook page and increase your followers. By adding a link at the bottom of your signature, the link will appear in every email you send. Your email recipients will be able to click on the link and be directed to your Facebook page. Once on your Facebook page, the recipients can click on the "Like" button and begin following your page.

Step 1

Launch Microsoft Outlook, click the "Home" tab and select the "New E-mail" icon to start a new email message.

Step 2

Select the "Message" tab, click on the "Signature" drop-down menu and select "Signatures."

Step 3

Select the signature where you want to add the Like Us link or click the "New" button to create a new signature.

Step 4

Type "Like Us on Facebook" in the Edit Signature field where you want the link to appear.

Step 5

Select the text "Like Us on Facebook." Click the "Hyperlink" icon to create a new hyperlink.

Step 6

Enter the full website for your Facebook page in the Address field. The best way to get the address is to navigate to your page and copy the URL from the address field in the Web browser.

Step 7

Click "Ok" to accept the changes.

Step 8

Click on the "Signature" drop-down menu and select the signature with the link.
