Can You Include Two Links in Facebook Updates?
By Adrian Grahams
Facebook lets you share one or more links to external content in a single status update, but only the first link you enter in the update field will display as a link preview with a thumbnail image, page title and brief description of the linked page. To include two links in your Facebook status update, type or paste the URL for both links in the Update Status box at the top of your Facebook homepage.
Step 1
Sign in to your Facebook account.
Step 2
Click inside the field in the Update Status pane at the top of the page.
Step 3
Type or paste the URL for the first link you want to share. Facebook will automatically display a preview of this link in the bottom half of your status update.
Step 4
Type a message or description of the content next to the first URL.
Step 5
Click the right-arrow or left-arrow buttons next to "Choose a thumbnail" to select your preferred thumbnail image for the link preview. Facebook only offers this option when the linked content includes images.
Step 6
Type or paste the URL for the second link you want to share under the first link in the top half of the Update Status box. Enter a message or link description.
Step 7
Click the inline audience selector tool button in the bottom right of the Update Status pane. Choose your preferred share setting for the status update from the context menu.
Step 8
Click the blue "Post" button to publish your status update with the two links.

Tips
- Consider posting each link as a separate status update to maximize exposure, because this way Facebook will display a preview of each link, making the links stand out more prominently in your friends' News Feeds.
- Alternately, you can include the second link in a comment on the original status update; this will cause the link to show up with the preview.
