According to a 2012 study conducted by the McKinsey Global Institute, the average person surveyed spent approximately 28 percent of his workweek managing email. Microsoft Outlook comes with several time-saving tools that boost your productivity, including the ability to forward multiple emails at once. Instead of clicking the "Forward" button for each individual message, combine multiple emails into one by sending your messages as attachments.

Step 1

Launch Microsoft Outlook, then open your Mail inbox.

Step 2

Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click on each email that you want to forward. You can also hold down "Shift" and drag the mouse cursor across a group of messages to select them together.

Step 3

Click the "Home" tab, then click "Forward" in the Respond group. This will open a new email and add all the messages you've selected to the email as attachments.

Enter the email address of the desired recipient, then click "Send."

  • You can also forward a single message as an attachment. To do this, select the message, then click "More" in the Respond group. Select "Forward as Attachment."
