How to Take a Caller Off a Reject List Block in Samsung Impression
By Melissa King
Phone books and online directories list your company's phone number, email address and other contact information, so anyone who wants to find you has no trouble doing so. This is ideal when you want customers to reach you, but telemarketers and other solicitors also take advantage of this public information. Your Samsung Impression phone features a Reject List that blocks any number you add to it, allowing you to ward off unwanted callers. All calls blocked by the Reject List go straight to your voice mail. If you want to allow a number you previously blocked, you can remove it from the Reject List.
Press the "Menu" button while on the Samsung Impression standby screen.
Select "Settings" in the menu that opens, then select "Calls."
Tap the "General" option and select "Auto Reject" to see a list of blocked numbers on the Reject List.
Tap the trashcan icon to the right of the number you want to remove from the Reject List.
Press "Save" to apply the changes.
- To add numbers to the Reject list, tap "Menu | Settings | Calls | General | Auto Reject." Tap "Reject List" if you want to enter a number manually. Tap "Search" if you want to search your address book or recent calls list for a number to block.
- Tap the check box to the left of an "Unknown" number if you want to block all calls with an unlisted or hidden number.
