Adding a Santa Hat to a Photo on Facebook

Celebrate the holidays and bring a little cheer to Facebook by adding a Santa hat to your Facebook photo. With third-party apps and websites, you can easily add a hat and share the newly edited photo on Facebook. Once you've added the hat and edited the photo to your liking, you can save the image to your computer, set it as your profile picture or just share it on your Timeline to encourage your friends to enjoy Christmas.
Christmas Photo Effects
Step 1
Log in to your Facebook account, search for "Christmas Photo Effects" in the search bar at the top of the page, and then select the "Christmas Photo Effect" app from the search results.
Step 2
Click "Allow" to enable to app to access your photos for editing.
Step 3
Click on a santa hat from the icons, and then drag it into the image.
Step 4
Click the white square at the bottom of the hat, and then drag it to resize the hat to fit the picture. Click "Save."
Step 5
Click "Post to Your Wall" and write a comment about the photo, if desired. Press "Share" to place it on your Timeline.
Pho.to
Step 1
Navigate to Pho.to (see Resources).
Step 2
Click "From Disk," choose the photo you want to use, and then click "Open" to have the app automatically locate your face and add a Santa hat.
Step 3
Click "Save and Share," click the "Facebook" icon, and then click "Share Link." You may have to sign into Facebook and authorize the post, if you aren't already signed in on your computer.
Twibbon
Step 1
Navigate to Twibbon (see Resources).
Step 2
Click "Add to Facebook" and authorize the app to access your Facebook photos. The app displays your profile picture.
Step 3
Click "Change Image," and then select "Facebook." Choose an album from the drop-down menu, and then click on a photo to select it.
Step 4
Drag the Santa hat on the image to reposition it, and then click "Add the Twibbon to Facebook" to have the app create a new album and place the edited picture in it.
