Adding a Google Calendar to Rainmeter (4 Steps)
By Travis Meyer
Rainmeter is a highly configurable application for displaying system and Web-based information on your desktop, such as your CPU usage and temperature, your email inbox, specific RSS feeds and your calendar. The application is capable of linking directly to your Google account to display your Google Calendar’s items on your desktop. Once the calendar is added to Rainmeter, you can configure its appearance using Rainmeter’s skins library.
Step 1
Launch Rainmeter on your computer to open the application’s splash screen.
Step 2
Click the “Configure” button in Rainmeter’s splash screen.
Step 3
Scroll down the menu and select “Google Calendar.”
Step 4
Type your Google username and password in the corresponding text fields and press “Enter.” Rainmeter adds Google Calendar to its library of feeds.
