Adding Bullet Points in Facebook
By Ryan Menezes
When you compose a note on Facebook, you can insert bullet points by creating an HTML list. More popular Facebook applications, such as status updates, comments, and photo captions, offer no such option for formatting lists, but you may still want to include bullet points in your posts. For example, if you compose a post on your business page, you can use bullet points to list company objectives. You must insert the bullet points either by copying them from elsewhere or by using the symbol's Unicode keyboard shortcut.
Click the Facebook box where you want to insert the bullet symbol. For example, click the box labeled "Write Something" on you business page's timeline.
Press your keyboard's "Num Lock" key to engage Number Lock.
Press and hold the "Alt" key.
Press "+" on your keyboard's numerical keypad and type "2022" to insert a bullet point.
