Marley Cooling Tower Specifications

As of 2010, Marley Cooling Towers were being manufactured by SPX Technologies, a company that has more than 150 offices, subsidiaries and partners around the world. SPX is a conglomerate of companies that were formed in the early 20th century. In addition to cooling towers, SPX manufactures machinery for the power generation, refrigeration, industrial and HVAC markets.

Marley Aquatower, Marley AV, Marley CTF and Marley MCW Specifications

The Marley Aquatower is ASHRAE 90.1 compliant and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant. It's made with G235 galvanized steel, stainless steel or fiberglass; has integral louvers that are standard for zero water splashout; and is available with a 1-year warranty and global availability. Most of the Marley AV cooling towers are ASHRAE 90.1 compliant, and all are OSHA compliant and have a 5-year mechanical warranty. They are also made with G235 galvanized steel or 300 stainless steel for part or all of the tower's structure. The Marley CTF is made from fiberglass and is a forced-draft, counterflow cooling tower. The Marley MCW cooling tower is manufactured using heavy mill galvanized steel or 300 series stainless steel. It's OSHA compliant and comes with a 5-year mechanical warranty.

Marley MD, Marley NC and Marley QuadraFlow Specifications

The Marley MD is CTI certified and ASHRAE 90.1 and OSHA compliant. It's made with triple-pass inlet louvers and drift eliminators. It is a good option for restricted site conditions and/or low-energy requirements and comes with a 5-year mechanical warranty. The Marley NC cooling tower comes in steel, fiberglass and splash fill options. Each is CTI certified and ASHRAE 90.1 and OSHA compliant. Each has high seismic options for earthquake zones, low sound fans, single or dual inlet piping, integral louvers and a 5-year mechanical warranty. The Marley QuadraFlow cooling tower is made to be put together on the job site. Like the other cooling towers, it is CTI certified and ASHRAE 90.1 and OSHA compliant. It is made with an induced-draft adjustable-pitch fan and a stainless steel free-floating driveshaft.

Marley Series 10 and Series 15, Marley Sigma and Marley SRC Specifications

The Marley Series 10 and Series 15 cooling towers are OSHA compliant, come with a 5-year mechanical equipment warranty, and are made with wind load modifications and high seismic options for earthquake zones. They are used mainly for paper, steel or sugar mills, or where water temperatures exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The Marley Sigma is FM approved and ASHRAE 90.1 and OSHA compliant. These cooling towers are made with Douglas fir, HDG steel, long-life pultruded fiberglass or stainless steel. They come with wind load modifications, high seismic options, integral louvers and a 5-year mechanical equipment warranty. The Marley SRC is a fiberglass cooling tower that is available with a stainless steel substructure. It's a cooling tower made for space and price-sensitive applications that is fabricated in the factory and designed to be assembled at the job site.
