How to Reset a Verifone 3750

Verifone 3750, otherwise called Verifone Omni or just Omni, is a credit card machine used by merchants around the country. When the machine is not working properly, resetting the Verifone 3750 is one of the troubleshooting options that can help fix the problem and allow the machine to work properly again. Resetting takes only a few seconds, and can prevent having unnecessary repairs done.

Turn off and unplug the Verifone 3750. Wait for five seconds or so and then plug it back in. This will automatically reset the Verifone 3750 and it will reboot and restart.

Reset the shift. Resetting the shift is another reset option available for Omni. Press “Shift,” then “#,” followed by “1” to reset and change the shift.

Press “Shift,” then “#,” then “2” to stop a change and keep the shift on the current settings.
