Setting up your Boost Mobile voicemail allows callers to leave a voice message when you are unable to answer your phone. You can retrieve this message at any time. The voicemail setup process will guide you through establishing a password and recording a personal greeting. After setting up your voicemail, you can access it from any phone.

Press and hold the “1” key on your Boost Mobile phone until it dials your voicemail system.

Select a password to protect your voicemail access. Enter the password on your phone's keypad. Reenter the number to confirm it when prompted.

Record your personal greeting. Press the “*” key to save your greeting. Press the “#” key to record the greeting again.

Follow the voicemail system's prompts to select voicemail settings. Settings you can choose from include the ability to avoid entering your password when accessing your voicemail from your Boost Mobile phone.

Press the “End” key when the voicemail system confirms that you have successfully set up your voicemail.

Tips

If you own an iDEN series phone, you must dial your 10-digit number to access the voicemail.
