How to Create a Playlist on a Coby Touchscreen
By Melissa King
Your Coby touchscreen MP3 player enables you to carry music, photos and videos with you when you're traveling for your business or putting together a multimedia presentation for a client. Once you transfer music to the MP3 player from your computer, you can organize your favorite songs into a playlist. This useful feature helps you separate your personal song library from business-related music and audio files.
Transfer Music to the Player
Insert one end of the included USB cable into the USB port on the bottom of the Coby MP3 player. Connect the other end of the cable to your computer's USB port. The computer will recognize the device automatically.
Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Computer." Double-click the Coby MP3 player icon.
Drag music files into the Media folder on the player. Do not put the files in the Data folder; you will not be able to access them from the player.
Disconnect the MP3 player from the computer when the file transfer completes.
Make a Playlist
Power on the Coby MP3 player to reach the main menu. Tap "Music."
Touch "All Music." Scroll through the list of songs and tap one that you want to add to your playlist.
Tap "Menu" in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Touch "Add to Favorite." Return to the All Music screen and select more songs to add to the playlist.
Touch "Exit" to return to the Music menu.
Tips
To play the playlist, go to the Music screen and tap "Favorites."
