How to Post Book Recommendations on Facebook

Your Facebook business page or professional profile lets you connect with colleagues and customers around the world. Facebook followers see you as a knowledgeable authority in your business, and they often take your recommendations and advice seriously. If you enjoy reading books and want to share your favorites with your followers, use the Goodreads, weRead or aNobii apps. These apps let you search for and review books and then add them to your bookshelf. Facebook followers see the books you recommend on your page or profile.
Goodreads
Open your Internet browser and navigate to the Goodreads website.
Click the Facebook button near the top of the page. Enter your Facebook email address and password. Click "Log In."
Click "Log In With Facebook." Click "Add All" to add your Facebook friends to your Goodreads network or click "Skip to Next Step."
Select your favorite book genres, if desired, or click "Skip This Step."
Browse for books that you have read. Give the books a rating from one to five stars. When finished, click "I'm Finished Rating."
Click "Give Recommendations." Search for a book name or click a book you've already rated.
Enter a message, if desired and then click "Recommend" to recommend the book to all your Facebook followers.
WeRead
Open your Internet browser and go to the weRead website.
Click the "Connect" button at the top of the page. Type your Facebook email address and password and then click "Log In With Facebook."
Click "Advanced Search" at the top of the page. Enter a book title, author or ISBN. Press "Enter."
Click the "Read It," "Reading It" or "Wanna Read" button to add the book to your weRead list.
Scroll down and click "Facebook" at the bottom of the page. Scroll and click "Add to My Tabs." This adds a tab to your Facebook Timeline. Your followers can click the tab to see books you've read and rated.
aNobii
Open your Internet browser and go to the aNobii website.
Click the Facebook "Login" button at the top of the page. Enter your Facebook credentials. Click "Log In With Facebook" and "Allow."
Enter your email address and create a password for aNobii. Agree to the terms and conditions. Click the "Sign Up" button.
Click "My Shelf" at the top of the page. Search for a book's title. Click the "+" button.
Click the book's title. Click the "Recommend" button to recommend the book on Facebook.
