Unlike Facebook, Twitter does not prohibit you from creating multiple accounts. According to its Terms of Service, you can create as many accounts as you like, as long as you use a unique email address for each account when you create it. Although you can have multiple accounts, you can be signed in to only a single account at a time in a Web browser. To log in to multiple accounts simultaneously, use different Web browsers. You can't combine or merge two Twitter accounts.

Creating Another Twitter Account

Go to the Twitter website. If you are signed in to a Twitter account, click the gear icon and choose "Sign Out" from the menu. Go to Twitter.com; type your full name in the Full Name field, an email address in the Email field and a password in the Password field. Click "Sign up for Twitter" and follow the instructions to set up another Twitter account.
