Users that have access to a Netflix account can deactivate any device associated with the account online. If you do not have access to the Netflix account tied to your device, you can deactivate it using the Netflix deactivation code. This code is a play on the infamous "Konami Code" used in a number of video games, and you can use it to deactivate the device through your Samsung Blu-ray player.
Launch the Netflix application on your Samsung Blu-ray player. For most players, you can use a designated button on the remote to launch the application. Wait for Netflix to load completely.
Enter the following code using the arrow keys on the Blu-ray player's remote: up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, up, up, up, up. Once the code has successfully been entered, you will be taken to a deactivation screen.
Highlight "Deactivate" and press "OK" or "Select" to deactivate the device.
This code works with any Netflix streaming device.
