How to Convert Boardmaker to PDF

Boardmaker, developed by Mayer-Johnson, is a special needs application based on things you can print off such as communication boards and sequences. Boardmaker naturally prints to the printer, but sometimes you may need to print at a separate location where you do not have the software. In this example, you can print to the portable document format (PDF). This converts the printable information into a PDF file for distribution elsewhere. To print to PDF, install a PDF printer. All PDF printers work in the same way.
Download Bullzip PDF Printer, CutePDF or PDF Printer for Windows. All PDF printers perform the same task. Double-click the installer file to set up the printer. Click "Next" throughout, leaving all screens selected as default.
Open Boardmaker and open the file you want to convert to PDF.
Click "File" and "Print." Select your PDF printer from the printer list and click "Print." Choose your save location and click "OK."
