"Grand Theft Auto" Cheats for Superman Mode

So, you want to fly like Superman in "Grand Theft Auto?" It's possible with certain modifications. It's not exactly a cheat, but a modification to the game that allows the player to fly or use the powers commonly associated with the DC Comics superhero. There are modifications that can be made to both the PC versions and console versions of the game that will allow you to modify the character to have Superman's abilities.

San Andreas PC

ModDB.com offers a download that will allow the player to change C.J.'s skin tone that will allow you to play as Superman. The site has a picture at the bottom to prove their success in creating this modification. It allows you to play as either Clark Kent or Superman, featuring a "classic" version or the version from the 2006 film, "Superman Returns."

Vice City Stories for PSP/PS2

Your main character of Vic will fly like Superman if you hit the proper buttons in the correct sequence on your control pad. While you are playing the game, press "L L L R X X CIRCLE," and you will be able to fly over the city like the Man of Steel does over Metropolis.

GTA IV Mod for PC

GTA4-mods.com offers a mod that will allow your character of Niko to fly like Superman. Click on http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/superman-mod-v20-gamma-f6717 and you will see a "download" link at the top of the page. It is a gamma file, which means an improvement over the beta version. The gamma version offers accelerating and braking with the mouse, smoke trailing the player, setting a plane on the player and weapons in flying mode. It also fixes vehicle sounds and other bugs that plagued the beta version.

San Andreas for PS2

You cannot make a modification that will change C.J.'s appearance, and therefore you will not be able to play as Clark Kent and Superman like you can on the PC version of the game, but you can punch in a code that will give C.J. the ability fly. During game play, press "RI LI RIGHT LEFT L2." When you see a message, press "X" and C.J. will start flying.
