In "Virtual Villagers 4: The Tree of Life" you are responsible for the health and growth of your tribe. Although your main goal is to solve the game's puzzles, you must also help villagers discover advanced technologies and grow into a thriving community. As you expand your village, it is possible for nursing mothers to carry single babies, twins or triplets. Although this is a mostly random event, you can increase your chances of creating triplets with one simple trick.

Establish a food source for your village. Providing this basic necessity will allow your village to focus on other tasks and still survive.

Assign one villager to the task of farming while the rest of your village researches in the lab. Researching builds Tech Points, which you can use to purchase advanced technologies.

Earn enough points to purchase all three levels of medicine. Advanced levels of medicine make your villagers more fertile and help them live longer.

Establish a male parent villager. Open the character menu, scroll through the list of villagers until you reach your desired character and place a check mark next to "Parenting." He will now mate with every female villager who is not currently nursing.

Check back often to see if you have any mothers nursing triplets. The game will display a congratulations screen, and you will earn a trophy for creating triplets.
