How to Get to Ratchet From Stormwind

Ratchet is a neutral, goblin-controlled town located on the continent of Kalimdor in the "World of Warcraft" massively multiplayer online role-playing game. Traveling to Ratchet from the Alliance controlled capital of Stormwind can be a daunting task, particularly for a low-level player. The most direct route to travel from Stormwind to Ratchet is to do so via Booty Bay. However, the mid-level zones of Darkshire and Stranglethorn Vale lay directly in-between the two destinations. It is possible to bypass Darkshire and Stranglethorn Vale when traveling to Ratchet from Stormwind.
Fly or walk to Westfall from Stormwind. Find Westfall by following the road west out of Stormwind.
Head south once you reach Westfall until you come upon the southern coastline.
Swim south while keeping as much distance between you and the coastline without becoming fatigued. If you swim too far away from the coastline, the fatigue status bar will display and you must then swim closer to the coastline.
Swim until you reach Booty Bay. It will take you roughly 20 minutes to reach the Booty Bay dock. Once there, climb the dock ramp up into the city.
Wait at the dock until the boat to Ratchet arrives, and then climb aboard.
Leave the boat once it docks at Ratchet. You have now arrived at your desired destination.
Warnings
If you play on a Player vs. Player server, be wary of any horde players located in Ratchet. Unless they are already flagged for PvP, you will not be able to attack them unless they attack you first.
