During the Battle of Forli downloadable content (DLC) for Assassin's Creed II, Ezio is searching for a black-robed monk with only nine fingers. Information has led Ezio to an abbey inside Forli, where he needs to speak with the abbot. However, the abbot has heard that Ezio is a monk killer, and will run away among a group of similarly dressed monks when approached by Ezio.

Identify the Correct Monk

After entering the abbey, a cutscene will automatically play, showing the abbot starting a panic; this in turn causes all the monks to run. If you lose track of your target, you will need to identify him with Ezio's Eagle Vision. When using Eagle Vision, find the monk that has a golden glow surrounding him: This is the monk you will need to tackle to complete the mission. In addition, the monk is also bald, making him even easier to spot in a crowd.

Tackle the Abbot

Chase the abbot and press the grab button when you are directly behind him; Ezio will tackle the abbot and you will complete the mission. However, make sure you are unarmed when you tackle the abbot, or you will assassinate him and fail the mission. If you do fail, you'll restart the mission from before the cutscene.
