Learning the complexities of the “Assassin’s Creed” combat system is critical to ensuring mission success. Becoming a master of combat, free running, eavesdropping and blending in will make your main assassination missions and side quests easier to complete. You will enter a practice fight designed to teach you how to perform combo attacks during the game's second memory block section. You will need to successfully execute several combos in order to proceed.

Wait for your opponent to attack you – you can use the counter button or simply block the attack.

Hit the primary attack button on your controller to launch an offensive attack against the opponent.

Press the attack button again at the exact moment when your first attack lands. This will create a combination attack.

Repeat this process until the practice fight ends. You will be returned to the main storyline of the game once you have completed the necessary amount of combos.

Tips

You can exit fight tutorials at any time through the games’ pause menu.
