Warcraft 3 is a real time strategy game developed by Blizzard, Inc. and is the predecessor to the company's World of Warcraft MMO title. Players can also create custom maps on which to contest multi-player battles.
Download and extract the Deprotect v2.3.1 suite from the Deprotect website.
Browse to the folder where the Deprotect suite was extracted and double-click on the Deprotect icon.
Click the "File" menu and select "Open" from the drop down list.
Browse to the folder containing the MPQ (map) file you want to open without protection. Click the MPQ (map) file and then click the "Open" button to open it in Deprotect. This will unprotect the map file.
