"Assassin's Creed" was released for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2007. Players take on the role of Altair, an assassin, as he assassinates high-profile targets for his guild. Knowing how to stealth kill will allow you to assassinate your targets quietly and sneak away before anyone realizes what has transpired. Performing a stealth kill in "Assassin's Creed" requires you to use your hidden blade, a small blade hidden in your wrist guard, which you carry at all times.

Select the "Hidden Blade" weapon.

Press the "Lock On" button to lock on to your current target. This ensures that you will always be facing that target, keeping him in your sights.

Slowly approach the target. You can approach the target from any side, whether it is his front, back or side.

Press the "Weapon Hand" button to assassinate your target with the hidden knife stealthily when you are standing next to him. Altair will quietly stab his victim using the hidden blade.

Walk away from the target before anyone realizes what you have done. Running from the target will make others suspicious of your actions.

Warnings

If you are caught assassinating a target, the guards will be called.
