How to Stop Time in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas"
By Stephen Lilley
Updated September 22, 2017
One of the cheat codes available in the PC version of the game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" allows you to stop the in-game clock at 2100 hours, or 9 p.m. This allows you to enjoy a never-ending nighttime period in the game. This cheat is only available for the PC version of the game and has no equivalent in the versions designed for Microsoft's Xbox or Sony's PlayStation 2 gaming consoles.
Open the "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" game on your PC.
Click "New Game" if you are starting a new session. Click "Load Game" and select your game save file if you are continuing with a previously-started game.
Type the letters "OFVIAC" (without quotes). The sky in the game will turn orange and the time will stop at 2100 hours, or 9 p.m.
