Contacts stored in your iPhone's address book can easily be copied to your computer using Apple’s iTunes application. ITunes makes sharing data between your iPhone and your computer a breeze. The contacts are copied through the synchronization process, which you can initiate from within iTunes. A one-way sync of your contacts to your computer updates the address book of your choosing with the iPhone's contacts.
Double-click the “iTunes” icon on your computer desktop to open the program. If iTunes is not installed on the computer, download it from the Apple website and follow the on-screen prompts to install the software.
Connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB-to-iPhone cable and wait for iTunes to recognize the phone.
Click the iPhone's name in the “Devices” section in the left panel.
Click “Info” in the top menu and then check the “Sync Contacts” box. Select the program into which you want to copy your contacts from the drop-down list.
Click “Apply.” Click the “One Way Sync from Device” radio button and then click “OK” to save your settings.
Click “Sync” and your contacts will be copied from the iPhone to your computer. You can safely disconnect the phone when prompted.
