Your Boost Mobile phone allows you to identify callers with the caller identification (I.D.) feature. If, for some reason, you no longer want a caller to contact you, you have the ability to block the caller directly from your phone. Once you set up the block, the incoming call will appear as “Restricted” on your mobile phone. If you want to block more than one caller, consider contacting Boost Customer Care for more information.

Press *67 prior to the phone number you want to block.

Press the “Send” button. This automatically blocks the phone number from contacting you.

Contact Boost Customer Care at 866-402-7366. Press the number that corresponds with your language, and follow the prompts to speak with a customer service representative. Verify your account information with the representative.

Tell the representative that you would like to block a phone number permanently. The representative will set up the service on your phone. Anytime you receive an incoming call from that number, it will go directly to your voicemail.

Unblock a number by pressing *82 on your phone.
