Copy photos from your computer to your Apple iPad tablet device by configuring a sync operating in iTunes. The iPad utilizes iTunes to synchronize a wide array of data, including photos from the collection stored on your computer. Simply select the folder from which you wish to copy photos to your iPad, and your device will be configured to transfer those files from that folder every time you sync the iPad with iTunes.

Connect the iPad to your computer, using a USB cable.

Launch iTunes.

Click the iPad listed in the "Devices" section.

Click the "Photos" tab.

Enable "Sync Photos from," and select the folder or application that the iPad should use for photo sync operations.

Click "Apply," and then click "Sync" to copy photos from your computer to the iPad.
