“Civilization V” is a turn-based strategy game released in 2010 for PC and Mac. The game is fully integrated with the Steam online games platform. Boxed copies purchased through retailers use the service to play and install the game. The only way to uninstall the game is to access it via the Steam games library found within the Steam client. The process is identical for any game is installed on Steam.
Load the Steam application.
Click on the “Library” tab at the top of Steam and scroll through the menu to “Civilization V.”
Right click on “Civilization V” and then left click “Delete Local Content.”
Click “Delete” to confirm the action.
Tips
Uninstalled games on a Steam account can be downloaded and installed again without additional purchase.
