If you are having problems viewing content on the Internet, discover your computer's current version of Adobe Flash Player and upgrade the version if necessary.
Visit the Adobe Flash Player website (adobe.com/software/flash/about).
View your computer's current version of Adobe Flash Player. You can find this information in the box labeled "Version Information." The box should list something similar to "You have version 10.1.102.64 installed."
Compare your version of Adobe Flash Player to the latest version. The latest version of Adobe Flash Player is listed in the box below "Version Information." If your computer is not running the latest version, consider upgrading.
