How to Disconnect From AT&T Bundled Service

by Alex LubyanskyUpdated September 26, 2017

AT&T bundled services can include phone, Internet and television services depending on your area. You may enjoy your services but eventually find a better deal. Alternatively, you may wish to move to a new house and need to cancel your current service. Regardless of your motive, you can cancel any one or all of your bundled AT&T services by following a simple procedure outlined by AT&T.

Call AT&T at 800-331-0500.

Tell the representative you wish to cancel service. You will have to answer some questions to verify your identity. It would be of help to you to have a bill handy to find your account number.

Confirm that you wish to cancel services. They will likely offer you a special deal to keep you as a customer. Listen to the deal, and then make a final determination.

A cancellation will be effective on the last day of your billing cycle.
