The Xbox 360 is Microsoft's main gaming platform for use with a TV. One of the features on the Xbox 360 is the ability to stream live video from Netflix. In order to do this, an Internet connection is required along with a Gold Xbox Live account. The controls are similar to what you do already for watching DVD movies from your Xbox 360.
Navigate to "Video Marketplace" on your Xbox 360 system and select "Netflix." Use the controller to find the movie that you would like to watch and select it.
Wait as the video buffers for play. During this time, Netflix is checking your Internet speed and connection to give you the best quality.
Press "Start" on the Xbox 360 controller to pause the movie. Pressing "Start" again will unpause the stream, getting the action going once again.
Press "A" while watching a movie. This will pull up an on-screen menu, which will allow you to pause, skip back, skip forward, fast-forward or rewind the action.
Move the selector over to the "Pause" icon. Press "B" on the controller to pause the movie. Pressing "B" will again will cause the movie to play as normal.
