How to Check My MetroPCS Account

As a MetroPCS customer you can access your account online at any time. Once you register an account, you can change your plan, pay your bill or view information about your phone usage. Checking your account on a regular basis lets you keep ahead of your bills and monitor your services so that you can choose the cell phone plan best suited to your needs.

Go to the MetroPCS website, and select the "My Account" link. Click "Log In" on the upper right hand corner of the page, then click the "Register" button on the right side.

Register a new account with your information, including name, address and phone number. Click the "Register" button at the bottom of the form, then log in using your chosen user name and password.

Click the "My Account" link in the top right corner. Browse through the services, such as "Pay My Bill" or "Change My Plan," and click the link for the service you need.


You can access most account services from your MetroPCS phone by hitting the asterisk ("*") key, then "99."


Always click the "Log Out" link in the top navigation bar when you've finished on the "My Account" page.
