The iPhone is a smartphone created by Apple and released in June 2007. The iPhone is capable of multiple tasks, including Web browsing, media file playback and photography. If you'd like to upload photos taken on an iPhone to a PC, you can do so using the same method you would for a digital camera--by plugging the iPhone into your PC and copying the images from your iPhone's photos folder.

Connect your iPhone to your PC via a USB cable.

Select "Import Pictures and Videos" when the Autoplay box appears.

Enter a tag for the photos you're uploading (if you'd like them to be tagged) and click "Import." When the uploading is complete, the photos will appear in the Windows Photo Gallery.
