BERNINA, founded in Switzerland in 1893, is known for its manufacturing of state-of-the-art sewing machines. Less known is the fact that BERNINA creates design editing software, including ArtLink, Embroidery Software, CutWork Accessory and My Label 3D Fashion Pattern Software. These software programs are constantly being upgraded with new and improved features. Fortunately, if you have an older version of any of these programs, you can upgrade the same way without leaving your home.
Open your current version of BERNINA software.
Click "HELP" on the top of the program window and select "Purchase Upgrade on the Internet." Your default Internet browser will open to the Codes website. This site will automatically check which version of BERNINA software you have. The site will then present step by step instructions for how to download a field update for your particular software. Follow these steps.
Click "HELP" on the top of the program window (just as you did in Step 2) and select "Purchase Upgrade on Internet" from the drop-down menu. You will be taken to another Internet website.
Click the "Upgrade" of your choice from the left side of the website. The item will be placed in your shopping cart.
Click on your shopping cart and follow the steps to check out.
Click "HELP" on the top of the program window (just as you did in steps 2 and 3) and select "Install Upgrade" from the drop-down menu.
Click "OK" to confirm. When the upgrade is complete, you will see a "Upgrade Successfully Installed" message.
