While pop-ups can be frustrating and a nuisance, you can quickly block annoying pop-up messages from appearing while you search the Web. Use the included security settings in Internet Explorer to stop pop-ups from all websites including Bing. Simply adjust the settings of the built-in pop-up blocker to stop receiving messages during your search results or while surfing the Web.
Click "Start" and choose "All Programs." Click the "Internet Explorer" option to open a browser window.
Click the "Tools" button on the menu bar.
Point to the "Pop-up Blocker" option in the drop-down menu and click the "Turn On Pop-up Blocker" option. The blocker will automatically stop the popups from opening in Bing.
