Having a pocket-sized calendar to take with you everywhere is a useful way to keep track of your schedule or to make and keep appointments. Using your computer's default software, it is easy to print your own pocket-sized calendar for personal use.
Convert your calendar image files to GIF, JPG, BMP, or a similar printable format.
Save all of your calendar image files in the same folder. You may want to make a new folder on your desktop so these files are easy to find.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for any remaining calendar pages and save them in the folder you created.
In your standard image viewer, click "Print." This will open the print wizard.
Choose "Wallet" size if that option is available. If not, choose "Print multiple images per page" and set the number of images to print per page to 9.
Print your calendar image files.
Print on photo paper for a glossy calendar or on card stock for a heavier calendar. You can have your calendar cut and bound once the pages are printed. Common binding types for this type of project are spiral, and perfect bound.
