If you want to disable SDNotify without shutting down the larger SmartDraw application, you can. You just have to do so using a native Windows application called the Task Manager. SDNotify can be disabled manually on your machine using this program.

Right-click the task bar.

Click "Start Task Manager."

Click "Processes."

Click on the listing for SDNotify to highlight it.

Click "End Process" to disable the SmartDraw SDNotify application on your computer.
