How to Use the Gamepad in "FlatOut 2"

"FlatOut 2" is one of the most compelling racing games ever made, continuing to captivate gamers to this day. The PC version of "FlatOut 2" is supported by the online gaming giant Steam, allowing you the ability to play in online matches. "FlatOut 2" for the PC supports eight-button gamepads, which give you a gaming edge over the usual keyboard and mouse setup.
Connect the gamepad to your computer.
Open "Control Panel." Click "Printers and Other Hardware" then click "Game Controllers."
Click "Add" in the "Game Controllers" properties window. Select the game controller from the list that matches the controller you are using, then click "OK." Allow a few minutes for your computer to configure the controller.
Open "FlatOut 2." On the main menu, toggle down to "Options" and then press the "Enter" key.
Toggle down to "Controller Options" and press the "Enter" key.
Once inside the "Controller Options" menu, click "Controller." Select the controller connected to your computer, then click "Apply." You will now be able to use your gamepad in "FlatOut 2."
Tips
In order for your gamepad to function properly within the game, it must have at least eight buttons.
