How to Make a Computer Monitor Touch Screen

One modern, high-tech accessory available for your computer monitor is a panel that will effectively turn your standard LCD screen into a touch screen. These panels use sensors that read the information onscreen, and you can write on the panel with the included stylus pen. Installing this panel on your monitor doesn't take much time at all.
Turn on your computer and align the touch screen panel with the computer monitor. Make sure to purchase a touch screen panel that matches the dimension of your computer screen.
Use the clamp located on the side of the panel to attach the panel to the computer monitor.
Locate the USB cable on the side of the panel and plug it into an available USB port on your computer.
Use the included, battery-operated stylus pen to write on the panel.
