How Do I Create Theme Areas in RollerCoaster Tycoon Platinum 3?

The themepark tycoon game, "RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinum," takes the basic "RollerCoaster Tycoon 3," and adds several expansion packs. One of the challenges in the game comes when visitors start to demand themed areas. There isn't a clearly-marked "Create Themed Area" section in the menu: instead, players must create areas using themed objects, in order to give their zones the coherent themes demanded by the park's visitors.
Open the "Scenery" menu and choose "Fence." Click and drag your mouse around the portion of your park that you want to create a themed area within.
Click the "Shop and Facilities Placement" icon to bring up the "Browser" window. Click the "Theme" icon, third from the left at the top of the window.
Choose the theme you want your area to have and click on a item within the menu window.
Click within the main window to place your themed item. Fill your space with larger rides, smaller benches and scenery items--all chosen from the same "Theme" category. This will create your themed area.
Tips
Rollercoasters are exempt from theme requirements: if you want to add a coaster to your themed area, there is no need to make it conform to the theme. This won't detract from your themed area's "attraction score."
