How to Copy Files From a USB to Xbox 360

Insert the USB flash drive into the Xbox 360. If you're copying the files onto a memory card or the Xbox 360 hard drive, connect those devices to the Xbox.
Select "My Xbox" from the Xbox 360 dashboard. Select "System Settings." Select "Memory."
Select "Flash Drive." Select the category that the file you want to transfer would be located in (e.g. Videos or System Items). Select the file that you want to copy. Select "Copy." Select the device that you want to copy the file to. If you're copying game save data, you will asked to sign in to the profile associated with the game save data.
