Sticky putty
Making your own Pin the Tail on the Donkey game is easy and quite fun. It allows you to personalize a classic children's party game and you can increase the fun by allowing your children to participate. You can make your donkey as simple or elaborate as you like. Additionally, you can print your donkey at home or take it to a printing shop if you prefer a larger donkey.
Find a Donkey Picture
Perform an image search on an internet search engine for "donkey pictures." Alternatively, you can search for "pin the tail on the donkey stencils."
Select the picture you wish to print. Use your mouse to right-click on the picture and select "save image as" from the drop list. Title the picture "donkey" or something simple and save it to a location of your choosing.
Open the donkey image file and select print from your toolbar. Alternatively, if you want a larger copy of the donkey, save the picture to a flash drive and take it to a print shop.
Cut out the donkey image you have printed. If the tail is not already separated, cut it off of the donkey. If you are feeling very creative, take this opportunity to color your donkey and add little designs and details to make him more unique.
Cut your yarn into 10 pieces, each 2 inches in length. Use the glue to attach these pieces to the end of your donkey's tail. This adds some texture and fun.
Attach the piece of sticky putty to the back of your donkey's tail. Your donkey is ready to play!
