The PSP, short for PlayStation Portable, is a handheld video game system that is also capable of accessing the Internet wirelessly. With a memory card, users can store a variety of media files including video and music for portable play on the PSP. With the PSP's designated memory card, Memory Stick Duo, you can quickly transfer files from your computer directly to your PSP. Learn how to transfer your PSP games to the card and play them on the go.

Install the Memory Stick Duo into the memory card slot on the left side of your PSP.

Connect the USB cable to your PSP and the computer that holds the game files you wish to transfer.

Select the "USB Connection" option under the "Settings" menu from the home screen on your PSP.

Open "My Computer" on your computer and select "Removable Drive." Opening this folder allows you to view the contents of the Memory Stick Duo.

Open the "GAME" folder and drag the window to the right side of your computer's desktop.

Open up the folder containing the PSP games you want to transfer to the memory stick. Click and drag the game files into the "GAME" folder on the right side of your computer's desktop. The files will begin transferring immediately to the memory stick. Once the process is finished, remove the USB cable from the PSP and computer.
