You can use a floral frame to adorn a simple or drab page, whether you’re working on a flyer, invitation or brochure. Microsoft Word includes borders that you can add to your entire page or just parts of your page. Find the right floral frame that matches your design, colors and theme without wasting a lot of time. Thanks to online resources, you can find the floral text frame you need and create the look you want.
Using Word’s Floral Frames
Open a new or existing document in Microsoft Word.
Select “Format” and “Borders and Shading” from the menu. Then click on the “Page Borders” tab in the “Borders and Shading” dialog box.
Go to the “Art” section and scroll through the list of designs until you find the floral design border you wish to add. Select it and click on “OK.” The design is added to your page.
Finding Text Frames Online
Search for flower templates. Then download a design from a website of your choice.
Visit All-Free-Download. You'll find flower frame clip art, vector flower frames and round flower frames, which you add to your text or borders in Microsoft Word.
Visit Clker and search for flower graphics. You’ll find a large variety of floral clip art on the website. You can insert the clip art into Word and then copy and group each image to turn it into a frame.
Use the free floral designs from Open Clipart for your text frame. You can change the text wrapping of your document, so that it fits within the floral design.
