Updated September 28, 2017
Oledata.Mso computer files are specifically formatted files relating to an attachment that is sent via email using Microsoft Outlook. The information for the attachment gets stored in its own Oledata.Mso file on your computer's hard drive. If you want to open one of these files, you'll need to do so using whichever version of Microsoft Outlook you have installed on your machine. Oledata.Mso files can work with Microsoft Outlook 2000 and all newer versions of that program.
Click "Start."
Click "All Programs."
Click "Microsoft Office."
Click "Microsoft Outlook." Microsoft Outlook will now be opened on screen.
Click "File" and then "Open." Select your Oledata.Mso file from your computer and then click "OK." The contents of your Oledata.Mso file (which will include whichever files were being sent as an email attachment) will open up in the Microsoft Outlook program window.
